Santa Rosa County, FL (July 28, 2021) – A multi-vehicle crash happened in Santa Rosa on the afternoon of July 28 that required an emergency response from local crews. The wreck was reported to officials at approximately 12:15 p.m. 

According to reports, the incident occurred on Interstate 10 West near Exit 26, CR-191/Garcon Point Road. Two or more vehicles were involved in a collision that resulted in injuries and road closures. 

Traffic was backed up in the area back to milepost 30, a rest area. All lanes were blocked for an extended period of time and drivers were forced to find alternative routes.
