Miami, FL (June 6, 2021) – Police in Miami are currently investigating the circumstances of an accident that took the life of one man. The wreck was reported on the morning of Saturday, June 5 for reasons still being investigated.
Information from reports states that the accident occurred when a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle at approximately 4:22 a.m. The wreck was reported in the area of Northwest 21st Avenue and 36th Street.
Police stated that the driver remained at the scene in order to cooperate with authorities. The victim is a man in his 30’s, according to officials. He was transported to Miami Fire Rescue to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center with injuries deemed serious in nature.
